- What service do you provide exactly?
Think of us as your tech talent acquisition team. We help you hire remote engineers that are the best fit for you. We can also deal with the red-tape (contract, HR & payroll) on demand.
- What skills do you cover?
We focus essentially on web development and software engineering : backend (Node.js, Django, Rails, Spring, Laravel) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue) frameworks. We can also source mobile (iOS, Android), devops and data engineering positions.
- What happens if it doesn’t work out?
If the developer doesn't meet your standards during the trial-period, we'll work with you to find a replacement as soon as possible.
- Are there any upfront recruiting fees ?
No. We only require an initial deposit of 1.000€ per position as a credit to your first invoice, to kick-off our researches and operations. If you decide not to move forward, your deposit will be refunded completely.
- How do you guarantee code ownership and confidentiality for outsourced team members?
All remote workers sign a detailed agreement which includes confidentiality and IP assignment clauses.
- Can we hire directly after a successful experience with outsourced team members?
The short answer is yes. We will work together to establish a mutually beneficial arrangement.
